Hand rubbed oil (not stained) to retain natural color. 4. Dowels on each point for strength and durability. 5. Four palm branches burned in (depicting celebration and victory). 6. Rich stone-like burnished in handles in various hues. 7. Brass-plated tacks securing ribbons. 8. Brass tubes between jingles for durability and to prevent wearing. 9. | At Instruments of Praise, we are very excited to be able to offer our customers this high quality hand crafted line of cedar wood timbrels, made by HolyHands Creations. Many hours go into each handcrafted timbrel. These instruments of praise are not mass produced for speed and low price, instead they are made with skill and excellence to bring glory to the King of Kings. The quality and richness is superior to most of what you will find in today's marketplace. Each instrument is prayed over and dedicated to the Lord's Ministry as it is being crafted. Randy Bigbie, was called by the Lord over 7 years ago, to begin creating these glorious timbrels. Randy had NO woodworking experience prior to this. . . unless you consider his Jr. High wood shop work of art, that only a mother could love, experience! But, praise the Lord, Randy followed the leading of the Holy Spirit, and said, "yes, Lord". The Lord taught him how to build the jigs for the stars, where to get the jingles, the wood to use. As I hear the story behind these timbrels, I see the Lord and Randy walking side by side, hand in hand, as the Lord leads him through the process of creating them. I believe the Lord has called Randy and his wife Rosemarie, to adorn the Bride of Christ, the Miriams of today, who go before the worshippers, with their timbrel, singing and dancing for the Lord. We are blessed and honored to carry their worship items. I pray you will read the symbolic teaching behind the timbrels, and take time to look at the pictures of their creative process! |
