                           Return & Exchange Policy
   
   
- Instruments of Praise MUST be notified ahead of time if you wish to return or
exchange a product.   Any products returned without prior notification will not be
given a refund or exchange credit.

   -Customers have 3 days upon receipt of an item to notify Instruments of Praise,
that they wish to return the item.

   - Items being returned will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.

   - Any item received damaged by a customer, will receive full value store credit, if
Instruments of Praise is notified of the damaged item within 3 business days of items
arrival to customer.  If you wish to return the item for a refund, you will be charged a  
25% fee.

   - There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom garments.  Customer's are
responsible for their own measurements.  Instruments of Praise is not responsible for
wrong fitting garments IF the garments meet the measurements provided by the
customer.  If, garments to not fit the measurements provided, Instruments of Praise
will be responsible to alter the garments to fit, or create new ones.


                                                 Shipment times

    -All of our worship items are handmade, or special order.  We work very hard to
fill our orders in 2 - 4 weeks.  

    -However, due to the fact that we are also members of multiple ministries, in some
instances orders could take 4-10 weeks to fulfill.  Orders may be delayed due to
manufacturing delays, product limitations, travel due to ministry and acts of God.

    -If you have a specific deadline within these time frames please feel free to call us
at (269) 503-2145.  We will do our best to meet your needs.  

    -All 1 - 2 week rush orders have a $25.00 fee, call for availability.   

         We do NOT accept personal checks at this time.
